About Water

About Water is a traveling photography and poetry exhibition created by photographers/poets Jasmine Amara and Jen Fedrizzi to create a conversation around our culture’s relationship with water through the avenue of original art and poetry. This project acts as a contribution to a larger vision of living more harmoniously with our planet’s most precious life source. The work includes images from the Owens Valley, one of the main water sources in LA’s early years and today, as well as images from Los Angeles water intensive consumption culture and lesser known way in which water is wasted.
